Returns and exchanges
ZnZArtDesigns products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the product description, dimensions, design, colors, set size, and quantity before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and packaging, sent by email.
Please keep the item and packaging while we review your request. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions if a return is needed.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the details by email and issue it to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
