Made-to-order processing

Our handcrafted products are made to order and ship from San Ramon, California, USA.

Please allow 3 business days for preparation before shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Shipping within the United States

We offer free standard US shipping on orders of $35 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

For US orders below $35, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to eligible destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and delivery address.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees. Any amounts not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient before delivery. Customs processing can also affect delivery time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If you need your order for Diwali or another event, allow time for both preparation and shipping. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline so we can discuss what may be possible.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may be unable to change the address once an order has shipped.

Delivery problems

If your order appears delayed or missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damaged items, email photos of the item and packaging and retain both while we review the issue.

Local pickup and delivery

Local pickup and local delivery are not currently offered through our website.
